The covens, also called vampires in some regions, are a hematophagic race who subsist by feeding solely on blood of living creatures. They have a pale and flushed skin and prominent canine teeth. They are mostly treated as an aggressive race, often referred to by other races as 'vampires' or 'bloodsuckers' as a slur. In health terms, they commonly have visual and skin problems and need sun protection.
